SDSPLS at Mount Rushmore

You will need a land survey to define your legal boundary. Only a Registered Land Surveyor can complete this task. A Land Surveyor has the authority to swear in a assistant to help complete this process, such as a Party Chief, Draftsman and/or an Engineer. A Registered Land Surveyor is considered an expert witness in the court of law.

There are many reasons why you would want a survey. Fences are the most common. "Good fences make good neighbors" A land survey is the only way to ensure a good fence. Real property purchase is another reason to have a land survey. Not only do you know what you are purchasing, but there are built in checks to protect junior and senior rights.

How you choose your Surveyor really depends on your requirements. Land Surveying is a Principals and Practice Profession.

The principals are based on Federal manual of instructions, State codified Law and the Bible. "Cursed be he that removeth his neighbor's landmark..." Deuteronomy 27:17.

The practice of land surveying relates to experience. Land Surveying is a mentoring based system. Education is insufficient by itself. A well rounded experience base and generational knowledge gained from various mentors is the only way to protect your constitutional property rights.

Food for Thought!

Three of the Presidents on Mount Rushmore were Surveyors.

What happens when you mix Land Surveyors and Politics?
